When will my order ship?
Our typical processing time for orders is 3-4 business days. That being said, we also offer same day shipping for phone orders placed before 2 PM MST .
We also are very conscious of the "date needed" customers fill on the order form, and will contact you immediately if there will be delays.
Which shipping method should I choose?
All of our shipping options have attractive features. Prioirty Mail is the best value in shipping.usual delivery is two, sometimes three days, at a tremendous rate. This service, however, is not guaranteed, and does not provide as precise tracking as Fedex. Fedex Express offers guaranteed services with precise tracking. Fedex Ground offers value shipping, especially for heavier orders, with precise tracking. Typical delivery time to the East Coast is 4-5 business days Call us if you need help deciding which shipper is right for you.
Can I track my order once it ships?
Our shipping system automatically e-mails you your tracking or delivery confirmation information the moment your package ships.
What if my apparel item doesn't fit?
All of our apparel may be quickly exchanged for a different size. See "Exchanges and Returns" for more info.
Why should I purchase from your company?
We have been helping families prepare for the Sacraments for some 18 years. Our experience allows us to provide you with the finest manufacturers and vendors around the world (we deal with some 300 such proven outfits). We don't believe you can find another "One Stop" shopping experience anywhere else.
Are you really a "Catholic" company?
We began with a small Catholic bookstore store in Tempe , Az., It is now one of the largest in the Southwest, selling thousands of Catholic Books and Gifts every year. We are committed to the magisterium of the Church. Our employees are former Catholic teachers, youth ministers, musicians, parish staffers. Several of our former employees are in convents and seminaries. We know what you need for your special Sacramental occasion.
Are all of your items always in stock?
We keep a tremendous inventory on hand. But sometimes, even the best mfrs. experience problems and delays. You will be contacted immediately should there be a problem with filling your order. As always, we suggest ordering early!
Can I have a gift order shipped?
All gift orders include a "priceless" invoice. We also have cute little gift cards available for personal messages.
Can I order several dresses and keep one?
Dresses priced at under $70 may be exchanged or returned. Dresses over $70 may be exchanged only. (See "Exchanges and Returns" for more details.) That being said, we believe we have the finest selection of both Baptism and First Communion dresses in the world, which will make finding the right dress an enjoyable experience.
