For Your First Holy Communion, Baptism Christening, and Confirmation

Please call us toll free at 1-877-894-5131 to report these problems. Items must be reported within 48 hours. We will ship out new items immediately using Priority Mail and send a return label to retrieve merchandise.
All items may be exchanged for any reason. Simply place a new order online or over the phone. You may wait to receive your new order, then ship back the original order, in received condition, complete with tags attached. Then, print a copy of your original invoice and indicate on it that you have placed a new order. Include the invoice with your item. Ship out the item from your location within 10 days of receiving it to: Catholic Childrens Company, Attn: Returns Dept.,2121 S. Priest, #103, Tempe, Az. 85282. Shipping method is your choice, we recommend verifiable delivery. We will process your return within 10 -14 business days and give you a full credit for the item back to the original card used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do make exceptions on the time frame for children who outgrow an apparel item ordered before the Sacrament. We allow up to 90 days for exchanges for this reason only.
Changed your mind? Sacrament postponed? All of our items (with the exception of girl's Baptism and Communion Dresses priced at $70 or more - these items are for exchange or store credit only) are fully returnable for any reason. Return items in received condition, complete with tags attached to: Catholic Childrens Company, Attn: Returns Dept.,2121 S. Priest, #103, Tempe, Az. 85282. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of reception. Returns shipped after 10 days are eligible for store credit only. Please include a copy of the original invoice. We will process your return within 10 days and give a full credit for the item/s returned minus a 7.5% restocking fee. Original shipping charge is non-refundable.

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. There is a $3 charge to all cancelled orders.
All personal and credit card information is kept
confidential. Orders are taken on a Secure Server for your protection.
We reserve the right to substitute a very simmilar gift item due to manufacturer delay beyond our control. In regards to manufacturer defects, a new item will be shipped out via standard ground service as soon as we are notified of the issue. |
